MY STORY
My Journey
I am Marsha Parcou, a Faith-Based Transformation Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Wellness Advocate, Author and Speaker based in the Seychelles.
My passion is helping people — especially women — discover who they were created to be and empowering them to live with greater confidence, purpose and intention. My own journey has been one of growth, healing and rediscovering faith, and it is through those experiences that I found my calling: to help others embrace lasting transformation from the inside out.
The Heart Behind Fasinasyon
As the founder of Fasinasyon, I created a lifestyle brand dedicated to supporting women through every aspect of self-care—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Through faith-based life coaching, wellness programmes, health and fitness guidance, speaking engagements and practical resources, my mission is to create a space where women feel seen, supported and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
Coaching & Professional Experience
Accredited by the Health Coach Institute in the United States and trained in International Coach Federation (ICF) coaching techniques and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I combine internationally recognised coaching methods with my own holistic framework for transformation. My approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins within and extends into every area of life.
As one of the few certified NLP practitioners in Seychelles, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, organisations and leadership teams, helping them develop confidence, resilience, clarity and purpose. I have collaborated with organisations including the Department of Tourism, the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, and the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Family, supporting both personal and professional growth through transformational coaching.

Through my latest book, The Unseen Hours, I encourage readers to trust God even during life’s quiet seasons, recognising that some of our greatest transformation happens in the moments no one else sees.
Beyond coaching, I have been honoured to share my message through speaking engagements, leadership workshops and international media, including Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation (SBC), Seychelles Nation, Brainz Magazine, Forbes Africa and Soweto TV. Whether speaking to one person or a room full of professionals, my mission remains the same: to inspire authentic transformation rooted in faith, hope and purpose.
My Mission
I believe that every person has the potential to rise above life’s challenges and become the person they were created to be. My role is simply to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement and practical tools as you step confidently into the life that awaits you.
